Where are CARL&SON products made and manufactured? 

All  CARL&SON face and body skincare products are designed and manufactured in Sweden.  CARL&SON cosmetic products are made and manufactured in Germany and Italy.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?   

From the very beginning, we decided that it was important to us to develop high quality products that are cruelty free. This means that none of our products are tested on animals at any stage of product development, and we only work with vendors who uphold the same standards. Furthermore, all of our products are vegan (except for our beard filler, which contains beeswax).

Each CARL&SON product has its own product page on our website, which is our one stop shop for more detailed information and learning more.

Why should I have a skincare routine? 

Your skin is in a constant state of flux. We lose millions of dead skin cells every day and at the same time our skin constantly renews itself. On top of this, it is negatively affected by environmental factors like the sun, pollution, stress, and even blue light from those screens we spend time with.

A daily skincare routine is critical in preventing skincare problems like deep wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, etc.

What is a good skincare routine? 

Success comes with just two simple steps: cleansing your face, followed by moisturising it. Use our Facial Gel Cleanser (link), dry your face, and then our Face Cream (link) is the perfect moisturiser. 

If you really want to see great results, do this twice a day every morning and evening. Remember, the key to success is consistency.

Why cleanse my face in the morning?

We know what you’re thinking. “I’ve just been sleeping”. Every night, while you sleep,  your skin is  busy repairing itself after your day. Meanwhile, every night you sweat a little and your skin dries out. By the time you wake up, you need a cleanse. 

What skin types are CARL&SON products suitable for?   

We believe that high quality skin care doesn’t need to be complicated. Our solution? We make sure all of our products are appropriate for all skin types! They’re dermatologically tested, hypoallergic, non-irritating, formulated with no parabens and completely free from microplates.   

What does dermatologically tested mean? 

Dermatologically tested products are products that are tested by a skin specialist who has looked into how the skin reacts to the products and their ingredients. 

At CARL&SON, we use dermatologists to make sure that our products have no, (zero, zip, nada) negative effects on your skin.

Why should I use makeup? 

Our short answer is ‘’you don’t need to, but if you wanted to you could’’. 

Our long answer is that everynone, regardless of name and gender wants to look their best, and that CARL&SON offer just the right tools for you to enhance what you have or to cover temporary imperfections such as stubborn pimples or dark under-eye circles.  Whether you need to look presentable for a meeting, a date or for your own self-esteem, our products allow you to  look your best in just a few steps.

You won't look like a different person. With CARL&SON “no makeup, makeup”, you will look like the best version of you.

Can anyone tell I’m wearing your makeup? 

Our products have light pigmentation, which means they easily blend in to your skin and cover imperfections in a natural way. It’s literally no makeup, makeup. To sum it up, our cosmetic products do the job without being visible.

I haven’t received my order, what do I do?

If you haven’t received your order despite getting a confirmation that it had been sent a few days earlier, contact us by sending a DM on social media or e-mail us at info@carlandson.com.

Please provide name and ordernumber so that we can investigate what has happened with your order.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

We would like to recommend you to try writing it in again. If it is still not working it might no longer be valid.

Contact us through social media or e-mail to info@carlandson.com so that we can look up your discount code.

 I want to suggest a collaboration, how do I get in touch with you?

For us it’s important that it feels genuine and that there is a real interest. Send us an e-mail to info@carlandson.com and describe what kind of collaboration you had in mind.

How does my order get delivered?

Within Sweden: we send the order with PostNord. Your order will be delivered to a place of delivery where you will get it. You will get an SMS notification when you can pick up your order.

Outside Sweden: we use different delivery services, depending on where the order is shipped to. The majority is sent to a place of delivery and the recipient will get a notification when it’s ready for pick-up.

Does CARL&SON ship everywhere?

We ship everywhere the delivery companies deliver.

Tip for customers outside Sweden: there might be a toll tax you have to pay, look up your country’s rules before ordering.
